Tender Description
The Department of Customer Service, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB), is part of the Queensland Government, established to improve customer service, support small and family business owners and provide better government services.
The procurement seeks to appoint delivery partners to provide the following services across the whole of Queensland:
1. Financial counselling and support
1a. Small business financial counselling services across Queensland.
1b. Hardship prevention support and activities across Queensland.
2. Small business wellness coaching services across Queensland.
