Cultural Competency Learning Program for Primary Care

Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) is seeking a provider to develop an online Cultural Competency Training package for the primary care workforce across the Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions.

The training will:

• Strengthen the cultural competency of GPs, nurses, practice managers, Aboriginal health workers and other primary care professionals.
• Reflect the unique cultural context of the CCQ region and include local voices and storytelling.
• Provide an accessible, high-quality learning resource to support ongoing cultural development.
• Providers should have demonstrated experience in developing cultural education and interactive e-learning, with strong local cultural knowledge and connections.
