Kings Reserve (West) Redevelopment

The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites Tenders from Tenderers for the provision of the Kings Reserve (West) Redevelopment, (the Works). The Council will enter into a Contract for Works with the successful Tenderer.

Kings Reserve is a much-loved open space located on Ashwin Parade and South Road, Torrensville, within the City of West Torrens. Council is committed to enhancing the value of this regional-level reserve through the development of an updated masterplan, investing to ensure it meets the evolving recreational, environmental, cultural, and connectivity needs of the community.

The masterplan envisages a multi-use destination park providing a range of passive and active recreation opportunities, improved connectivity, enhanced accessibility, an inclusive playscape, skateboarding/BMX facilities, nature play, high-quality landscaping, public amenities, and interpretive cultural and heritage elements.

Note: Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is a mandatory requirement. Please refer to Schedule 6 for detailed information. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a non-conforming submission, and such submissions will not be considered during the evaluation process.
