Project Management Services Phase One the Gil Recreation Centre (GRC) Project

ABOUT THE COUNCIL: The Gilgandra local government area is situated in the central west of NSW and covers an area of 4,800 square kilometres, including the township of Gilgandra and two smaller villages of Tooraweenah and Armatree.

ABOUT THE QUOTATION: Council is seeking quotation from suitably qualified contractor/s to act as Council's Project Lead.

To engage a suitably qualified project manager to act as the project lead to develop up the project from the current concept through to construction representing Council (as the Client-Side Representative) who will work closely with the Internal Project Control Group (PCG) team, stakeholders, principal designer and/or construction representatives. The intention is for the Project Lead to work for the majority of the from the Gilgandra Administration office to be part of the overall project team.

The Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Quotation process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
