Selection and Supply of Corporate Uniforms

Maranoa Regional Council would like to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers and manufacturers for the selection and supply of corporate uniforms.

The purpose of this tender is to engage a supplier capable of providing high-quality, professional and durable corporate apparel that aligns with our organisation’s values, image and operational requirements. The successful supplier will be responsible for the supply of uniforms for staff across a range of roles and departments. This procurement seeks to establish a reliable and cost-effective arrangement that ensures consistency in branding, comfort and quality.

As part of the assessment process, tenderers are required to submit sample fabric or swatches representative of the proposed materials. These samples will be evaluated for quality, composition and suitability for the intended purpose.

As Council is seeking to refresh and modernise its corporate image, tenderers are encouraged to demonstrate creativity and innovation in their submissions. The desired outcome is a professional yet country-style uniform range that reflects the character and identity of the Maranoa region while remaining suitable for office staff.
