The Y NSW invites Expressions of Interest from highly experienced Principal Contractors for the comprehensive Design & Construct Camp Yarramundi Redevelopment project in the Hawkesbury funded by the NSW Government's Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants program.
We seek a partner with a proven track record in complex, multifaceted projects, demonstrating expertise across:
- Civil Infrastructure & Utilities: Including demolition, earthworks, site services, internal roads, and landscaping.
- External Road Upgrade: Upgrading 800m of Springwood Road (a TfNSW classified road) and constructing a new channelised intersection.
- Building Works: Construction of new visitor Accommodation and a conference centre. plus the refurbishment of the existing kitchen. dining. and recreational hall.
The successful contractor must have strong environmental management capabilities to deliver high-quality infrastructure in this sensitive bushland setting.
The tender will be released in December 2025. Closing in February 2026. Works commence in July 2026, with the camp's reopening targeted for January 2028.
