Tender Description
To fulfill the requirements of asset management and the strategic direction for a sustainable solution to litter and black water collection in the Region, and due to the high volume of tourists and the local community using rest areas, skip bins and liquid waste facilities are required to be maintained at designated rest areas along the Great Northern Highway.
