Supply, Implementation & Integration of Parking Technology System

The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the supply, installation, and support of a suite of parking technology solutions. The objective is to modernise enforcement, improve compliance and provide accurate data for planning and operational decision-making.

To procure these services the City is releasing this Request for Tender (RFT) as a collective RFT with six (6) separable portions, as follows:

(1) Mobile Licence Plate Recognition System;

(2) Kerbside Licence Plate Technology (Time-Lapse Capture);

(3) Solar-Powered Kerbside LPR Cameras (Rapid Deployment)

(4) In-Ground Parking Sensors

(5) Wayfinding Signs

(6) Fixed CCTV for Parking Stations

The preference is to award the services to a single Contractor that offers best value for money. However, recognising that some suppliers may offer preferable solutions for the products, separable portions may be awarded to different contractors.

The Contract period is for an initial term of one year with six additional 12-month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City
