Tender Description
Scope of Work for Landscaping, Mudgee Valley Park
The scope of work for this landscaping project includes, but is not limited to:
- Supply and planting of various plant species, considering low-growing species for the front and larger species for the back as per the attached Site Layout and Indicative Planting Schedule.
- Planting of different plant species for each street within the specified range mentioned in the Indicative Planting Schedule.
- Installation of fixed drip irrigation systems to all garden bed area to ensure proper watering of the landscaped areas.
- Allow for polyethylene pipe to run to the tap point on each lot, Install tap splitter and timer for watering schedule control.
- Supply and Installation of metal garden edging to define the landscaping boundaries
- Supply and installation of Kikuyu turf where specified.
- The average total area per lot is approximately 15 to 25 square meters (Vary on site).
- Weed matting & chemical to be utilised for weed suppression before gardens are established
- Mulching all garden beds 75mm with selected mulch
- 3 Months maintenance
