Tender Description
The Art Gallery of NSW is seeking one supplier for the provision of Landscaping Services.
Project goals
This project seeks to engage a single contractor to deliver landscaping services at both the Domain Campus and the offsite storage facility. The selected contractor must demonstrate experience working in public environments and be capable of managing risk effectively. Strong communication skills will be essential to ensure all services meet the high standards of presentation required across both sites.
Scope
Services will be provided across two locations: the Domain Campus and the offsite storage facility. The landscaping activities include:
- Tree, Shrub, and Groundcover Maintenance
- Lawn Care – Mowing, turf maintenance, and edging
- Plant, Debris, and Waste Removal
- Mulching and Fertilising
- Watering – Including irrigation system repairs and maintenance
- Integrated Pest Management (IPM) – Weed control and soil testing
- Indoor Plant Care – For the café and two restaurants
- Green Roof Maintenance
- Water Feature Maintenance
