Engineering Consulting Services - Provision of Flood Information Certificates

The City of Sydney ("the City") invites Tenders for carrying out of engineering consulting services for the provision of flood information certificates in accordance with this request for tender (RFT).

Services requested under this tender include establishing and maintaining a system to use the City's flood data to generate and issue flood information certificates for individual properties on request.

The Term of this agreement is for an initial period of 3 years, expected from April 2026, with two options to extend for further periods per the following indicative timeframes:

- First Further Term: April 2029 to 30 April 2030 and

- Second Further Term: April 2030 to April 2031

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this RFT.

Please submit pricing in the Pricing Only Tender Box, and non-pricing in the Non Pricing Only Tender Box. Please do not submit pricing and non-pricing together.
