Tender Description
Kāinga Ora is looking for an agency to manage the marketing and sale of a large piece of vacant land in Tauiko West, Bay of Plenty.
To get the widest market reach possible from this procurement, we are looking for proposals from Respondents who can deliver on a local/national/international level.
The Respondent must have demonstrable experience in executing single-sale transactions for residential redevelopment sites valued in excess of NZD $25 million. Additionally, the Respondent must have a proven track record in managing complex, high-profile divestments involving multiple stakeholders, where sophisticated market engagement strategies were required to achieve successful outcomes.
