ACTCS is committed to ensuring detainees at the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) have access to education and training courses. This procurement is to continue the delivery of use hygienic practices for food safety training. This course will equip detainees with required skills and knowledge to manage a hygienic cooking area and prevent food contamination in the workplace, contributing to safer work environments and enhancing employment readiness across a range of industries.
