Sale of Land - Sams and Frew Streets, Thargomindah

Bulloo Shire Council is offering for sale by Request to Tender, in accordance with the Local Government Regulations 2012, five (5) blocks of residential land (subject lots) located along Sams and Frew Streets in Thargomindah, Queensland.

The reserve prices have been set in accordance with the market value and will remain confidential to ensure the integrity of the sale process.

The Request to Tender will be open for a period of 21 days after advertisement on Council’s website and Facebook page.

The Request to Tender must be in accordance with the details outlined in this Specifications of Sale document and Tenderer must ensure the Request to Tender form is lodged prior to the closing date and time of Tuesday, 25 November 2025 at 4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

The Tenderer will be advised in writing of the outcome of the Request to Tender following Council’s consideration. Please note that Council will not enter into any further correspondence or discussion regarding the assessment process, nor will it disclose details of the successful tender, including the purchaser’s identity or the purchase price.
