Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to provide submissions for roof renewal and the renewal/protection of HVAC units at Auburn Youth Centre. The contract term for this project is 8 weeks.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)
All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on 11 November 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10.30 AM.
