Consultant for SP19 to SPO Migration

The Mint currently uses SharePoint 2019 on premise (SP19), which will reach EOL in July 2026. The Mint is currently uplifting to M365, and as a part of this would like to migrate our Intranet site to SharePoint Online (SPO). In order to do this correctly and consider all business requirements including integration with our EDRMS, we require a consultant with appropriate experience to produce a migration plan.

The users and their needs

• Produce a migration plan to move content from SP19 to SPO, with a focus on leveraging the new tools and maintaining the Out of the Box experience.
• Advise on best approach to have SharePoint Online configured to facilitate business collaboration and discovery, with future for Microsoft Teams implementation and potential AI implementation.
• Ensure ASD Secure Cloud for SharePoint Online is included in the migration plan.
• Ensure migration plan aligns to Mint policies, particularly cybersecurity, information security, IT access, and information and data management.
• Requirements for ensuring SharePoint Online can be configured and integrated into the Mint’s on-premise EDRMS (Content Manager), including associated plan.
