Bramble Bay Bowls and Recreation Club Inc. invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit competitive tenders for the Design and Construct delivery of a new Roof Over Bowling Green located at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Hornibrook Esplanade, Woody Point, Queensland 4019. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, detailed design and all necessary approvals, earthworks, installation of a specialised tension membrane roof system, stormwater drainage upgrades, fencing, concrete pathways and an accessible ramp. Tenderers must demonstrate proven experience on comparable projects, along with the capacity and capability to successfully deliver the works.
