Blacktown Football Park Synthetic Surface Replacement

This tender is to select a suitably qualified contractor for the replacement of an existing synthetic field at Blacktown Football Park – BDSFA Field 1.

Select a contractor for the installation of replacement synthetic surface as outlined in the scope and the successful contractor is to meet Council’s preferred Synthetic Field product and system installation requirements as provided in the BISP Replacement Specification

Summary of Works Overview

This Request for Tender is for the Design Finalisation and Construct of a Football (soccer), synthetic turf sports field with the following summary of components and specified within the Contract:

• Project initiation and site establishment,

• Demolition and disposal off site of specified items,

• Assessment of pavement and current drainage,

• Make good any imperfections,

• Any civil engineering works needed,

• Replacement of surfaces as specified including inaugural shockpad installation,

• Equipment – renovations and / or replacements including fencing, netting, goals, posts, flags and others as identified,

• Maintenance and renovation project,

• Certification of performance surfaces,

• Handover, defects period.

Additional details/instructions

There will be a planned site inspection or tender briefing, 11.00am Tuesday 11th November 2025. Meet at Blacktown Footbal Park Car Park, located in between the BDSFA building and the WSW Fives complex.

Thugh not mandatory, it is recommended that the tenderers visit the site and identify all possible contingencies associated with the site.
