RBWH Central Reprocessing Department Project - Principal Contractor

The current location of the Sterile Processing Centre (SPC) at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital (RBWH) can no longer support any future service growth or increased capacity due to its confined footprint, aged infrastructure and equipment reaching end of functional life.

The successful Principal Contractor is to construct a new, purpose-built Central Reprocessing Department (CRD) on top of the Dr James Mayne Building 41 (DJMB 41) Roof.
