Dixon Street Public Domain Upgrade - Furniture

The City of Sydney (the City) invites Requests for Tender for the prototyping, manufacture and installation of a new public domain furniture suite (the Suite) for Dixon Street, Haymarket, in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

In its commitment to creating world-class streets, the City has engaged Aspect Studios and Sibling Architecture to design a suite of street furniture that is unique to Dixon Street, Haymarket. This furniture is part of an overall public domain upgrade to the street, providing durable, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable furniture elements that reflect the character of the area.

This tender seeks a suitably qualified company to manufacture, deliver, install and certify the suite for Dixon Street, Haymarket. The suite includes:

• Timber Seat: Curved Bench
•  Timber Seat: Water Drop
•  Brass Seat: Pebble
•  Brass Table: Pebble
•  Brass Table: Round

These items are to be manufactured in accordance with the design specifications by Sibling Architecture.

NOTE:

• The City will not be hosting a tender site visit.
• Any contract departures need to be submitted to the Procurement Representative as soon as possible but at least 10 business days before the RFT closing date and time.
