P643 Linen and Laundry

The Department of Human Services (DHS) requires a supplier for the provision of linen items and laundry services to the following facilities: Northgate, various Transition to Home (T2H) sits and Youth Justice Centre. A single supplier will be contracted to provide linen and laundry services to satisfy the requirements of both Disability Services and Youth Justice Centre.

The following services will need to be provided at all sites covered by the contract:

• Supply linen products and associated equipment as required by DHS
• Deliver and collect linen products to/from designated areas
• Launder linen products
• Provide a dedicated Accounts Manager responsible for liaising with staff at each contract site and other relevant stakeholders as necessary, and
• Provide monthly reports and attend quarterly contract management meetings.

Each site has different specifications that must be adhered to, as noted in the documentation below.
