Tender Description

Overview

Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake building rectification and upgrade works at the Tully Civic Centre. The works must be carried out in accordance with the Dilapidation Report – NRI Audit and include additional scope items such as cleaning, painting, signage, lift-related building works, and safety compliance.

Completion Timeframe

• Lift Installation Building Works (3.2) are priority and are to be completed within 4 months from the date of contract award.

• All other building works must be completed within 8 months from the date of contract award, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Council.
