Tender Description
The City of Perth is issuing this RFT to appoint a Contractor to provide construction services for the waterproofing and structural repairs of Council House Forecourt and Basement Levels.
The Works Under Contract (WUC) includes structural remediation, waterproofing, stormwater renewal and landscaping upgrades to the Council House northern forecourt and basement levels.
Site possession is expected by February 2026. Council House will remain fully operational during construction. Practical completion is expected in November 2026.
