Tender Description
Cloncurry Shire Council (the Principal) invites tenders for the Business Incubator Project, Lot Civils Works and the construction of the Principal Supplied Industrial Sheds as described in more detail in the Scope of Works documents.
Pursuant to s228(7) of the LGR 2012 Council may later invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specifications.
Indicatively, Tenders to be awarded by end of November 2025
Practical Completion to be achieved by 30 April 2026.
