People experiencing severe and complex mental illness often face multiple barriers to accessing timely, coordinated, and sustained care. These services will provide a seamless, integrated, and person-centred response that addresses the clinical, psychosocial and broader social needs of individuals whose mental health significantly impacts their daily functioning and quality of life.

Brisbane South PHN is seeking to fund a commissioned provider or consortium of providers to deliver the Severe and Complex Mental Health Services CPSP MHCCC program until 30 June 2027.
