Building Application System Replacement

We are looking to purchase a replacement building application management system to track, process, inspect and issue building applications. This system needs to be implemented and live prior to 30 June 2026 when our current system reaches its end-of-life point.

The solution must be able to meet the requirements of Regulation 16 of the Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Regulations 2006 along with providing security and privacy functionality. The ability to integrate with our existing document management and enterprise resource planning is essential, and it needs to be easy to use by both our customers and team. Given our customers and team are often on the go and in the field, the system needs to have the ability to work offline and be accessible on multiple device types and browsers.

We are suggesting for the first part of the contract to be about implementing the new system, but we are also wanting it to be an ongoing contract to cover licensing, maintenance and technical support.
