The Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) is seeking innovative Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the following services:

• Separable Portion A (SPA) – Townsville University Hospital (TUH) Café

• Separable Portion B (SPB) – Kirwan Health Campus (KHC) Café

• Separable Portion C (SPC) – Coffee Van(s)

The successful Offeror will be suitably licensed and will demonstrate capability to deliver food and beverage retail operations and have the capacity to deliver a high standard of service to staff, patients and visitors in accordance with the specification as set out in Section C of the EOI document.
