Nannup Native Forest MTB Park Project

Scope of Work:

The Shire of Nannup is seeking a suitably qualified contractor or team of contractors to design and construct approximately 15.5km of mountain bike trail and trailhead features as outlined in the Nannup Native Forest Mountain Bike Park Concept Plan

This project is funded through the Federal Government’s – Regional Recovery Partnership Program facilitated through the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD). Due to the relatively small and concentrated 15.5km trail network and the short timeframe for delivery, the preferred approach is for the trail network and trailhead features/infrastructure to be constructed in a single stage.

The work will be supervised by Shire of Nannup staff or a nominated Superintendent, and the contractor will be required to complete the works to the standards specified.

Tender Briefing/Site Inspection

Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

Tenderers are requested to attend a Tender Briefing and site meeting on Wednesday 12 November, 2025 at 10:00am at the Shire of Nannup 15 Adam Street Nannup.

Contractors can access the meeting via Teams.

The location of the meeting is at the Shire of Nannup Council Chambers, 15 Adam Street, Nannup.

The Tender Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the contact person prior to the closing of the tender.
