JD Hardie Youth & Community Hub Masterplan – Stage 3 – Adventure Park Construction

The JD Hardie Youth and Community Hub Masterplan was endorsed by the Town of Port Hedland Council in July 2019, following a comprehensive process of community consultation, needs analysis, and industry benchmarking. The Masterplan was developed to provide a strategic framework for the staged transformation of the precinct into a leading regional destination for youth, families, and the wider community.

Stage 3, the Adventure Park, has been designed to respond directly to the priorities identified through consultation and research. The new facilities will provide opportunities for active recreation, skill development, and social connection, supporting the Town’s broader objectives to promote healthy lifestyles, youth engagement, and community cohesion.

The goods and services required under this contract will enable the construction of a BMX pump track, jump track, parkour area, and associated landscaping, as detailed in the Specification with practical completion 30th October 2026.
