Property Condition Assessment 2026

North Sydney Council is requesting tenders to conduct a condition inspection of the asset components of every property in the North Sydney Council Local Government Area as required according to relevant legislation in order to ensure that the properties are safe and all precautionary and remedial works are undertaken for any damage or wear that may result.

The purpose of the service is to assess the current condition of the council's properties in order to arrange an appropriate works schedule and identify any defects that present a risk to the ongoing performance of the properties and safety of its users.

Council may engage the same tenderer to arrange an appropriate works schedule by updating Property Asset Management Manual.
