Project goals
The NSW Government requires support to administer grants that fund the construction of manufacturing capacity for low-carbon products and products related to the transition to renewable energy.
Public funds must be allocated fairly, effectively, and transparently.
This includes rigorous assessment of funding applications, robust development of funding agreements, and strong management of both existing and future agreements.
Scope
Provision of the following services:
- Assessment of grant applications against a broad range of criteria, relating to eligibility, deliverability, technical feasibility, commercial viability, financial viability, strategic significance, value for money
- Support the drafting of funding agreements with prospective manufacturers.
- Support contract management for existing and future grant agreements.
