Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of the proposed upgrade works within the Warragamba Waterboard Oval, Recreation Reserve and Sportsground areas. These sites are located at 104 Production Avenue, 270 Farnsworth Avenue and 69 Warradale Road Warragamba.
This Tender is for the upgrade of existing facilities and construction of new sporting facilities and includes new Netball Courts and lighting, reconfiguration of the existing amenities building and construction of new buildings, Car park including lighting, Associated landscaping / external works and construction of three new Long Jumps runways with separate sand pits at the Warragamba Sportsground, and removal of the existing two netball courts and long jump runways / sand pits and returfing.
The total area of the existing Amenities Building and proposed extension is 437m2.
This is an approved development under the State Environment Planning Policy - Infrastructure with a supporting Review of Environmental Factors (REF) process.
The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
A tender briefing will be held at Waterboard Oval, 104 Production Avenue Warragamba on Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 10.30am.
