Project goals
NSW Police Force is seeking to establish a panel of suitably capable and experienced service providers for salary packaging services for NSW Police Force employees. The panel service providers must be able to provide each of the salary packaging items in accordance with the Statement of Work.
The panel will operate for a period of 5 years with two extension options of 12 months each.
Scope
Service Providers must be able to provide all of the following salary packaging items to NSW Police Force employees and provide aggregated reporting to NSW Police Force to assist in the administration of the services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
- Novated motor vehicle lease - maximum two vehicles per employee
- Remote area housing benefit
- Cost of seeking financial advice about salary packaging
- Professional membership fees and subscriptions
- Taxi and ride share expenses (to and from work)
- Education expenses (self and professional)
- Diary, calculator, and briefcase
- Airport lounge membership
- Income protection insurance
- Inhouse childcare (optional - currently suspended but may be reactivated infuture)
