Tender Description
The PHN invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide primary care mental health support to young people (aged 12-25 years) experiencing severe and complex mental ill-health and can deliver Youth Enhanced Services (YES) to either one, two or all three of the following regions:
1. Central Coast.
2. Hunter and Mid Coast.
3. New England.
YES is designed to facilitate equitable access and improve pathways to care so that young people with, or at risk of developing, severe and complex mental ill-health are provided the right clinical care and support, at the right time.
