Supply Only and Supply and Lay of Asphalt Tender 2025

Tamworth Regional Council (Council) is proposing to engage contractors for the supply only and/or supply and lay of asphalt (the Project) via a panel tender.

Council is seeking to enter the Contract (Contract No. T103/2025), with private contractors (the Contractors) for the supply or supply and lay of the asphalt (the Project). The proposed Scope of Works and General Requirements for the Project are described in the Specifications for Service (refer to Volume 2 of this RFT) (Services). The contract duration is 2 years with an optional 1-year extension.

Council requires Contractors who are suitability qualified in supply of and laying of asphalt.

The Contract is in the form of an amended AS4906-2002 contract with a framework deed for individual works packages, with the method of payment being schedule of rates.
