Construction Fit Out Works for the NCAT Facility at Tweed Heads

Project goals

The new NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) facility at Ground Floor, Suite 1, 40 Frances Street, Tweed Heads, is to deliver a modern, purpose-built fit-out that meets the Tribunal’s operational and service requirements.

Scope

A comprehensive internal strip-out and fit out of the existing facility. This includes upgrades and installation of key building services such as electrical, fire protection, mechanical, and HVAC systems. Minor external works are also included in the project, notably signage installation and structural modifications to the main entrance to accommodate a new automatic glazed entry and hanger door.
