Tender Description
SA Water is seeking to engage with supplier/s who can provide comprehensive debt collection services, including field-based recovery actions, legal proceedings and associated reporting and compliance activities.
The supplier/s will support SA Water Assist and Recovery Team in recovering outstanding debts while maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service and compliance with relevant legislation.
These services will be performed in metropolitan and regional areas within South Australia.
