Expressions of Interest – E053-2026 – Modern Slavery Management Software or Application

Tamworth Regional Council (Council) is committed to combating modern slavery by implementing its Modern Slavery Prevention Policy and establishing and implementing an ongoing risk management plan as part of Council’s procurement framework.

To enable Council to manage the risks of modern slavery in its supply-chain, it has been deemed it necessary that an ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) specific platform be utilised to support the modern slavery risks assessments, the implementation of self-assessment questionnaires (SAQ’s), the analysis of data received, the management of information that flows from these activities, and supporting engagement with stakeholders. This platform is intended to support Council’s existing procurement framework.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now invited for the supply, configuration, implementation, hosting, management, support and ongoing maintenance of an ESG platform, which must include specific management of supplier related modern slavery data.
