Tender Description
Council is assessing secure online solutions to allow customers the ability to self-manage their rates payments.
Council requires the service to
• View of Current Balance / Total Balance and due date
• One off Bank account or Credit Card payment option
• Regular Bank account or Credit Card payment option calculated by Total balance over period remaining to 30 June regular payments weekly, fortnightly, monthly or due date
• Council staff access to maintain / manually add or amend payments
• Notification for upcoming payments (SMS or email only)
• Notification of declined payments with options to re-try or re-set amount
• Preferred notification to be firstly SMS, email then mail
• Possible payment collection / bulk transfer to Council
