Overview
The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) sought to procure a wellbeing measurement tool to mature its approach to the wellbeing, health and safety of its kaimahi.
Purpose
ACC sought this opportunity to help role-model best practice workplace wellbeing approaches, leveraging modern wellbeing, health and safety theory and up to date digital tools, and to allow for greater understanding and insight into the factors that enable kaimahi to perform at their best.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a wellbeing measurement tool measuring a range of wellbeing constructs using validated frameworks
- Measurement of psychosocial risk factors
- Measurement of mental wellbeing
- Measurement of psychological distress
- Measurement of employee experience
- Measurement of engagement
Contractor Requirements
- Functionality to ensure compliance with obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015
