Willoughby City Council - Real Estate Services Panel

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for provision of real estate agency services.

Council is seeking to create a panel of preferred firms for the provision of a broad range of as-needed real estate services. The services that will be provided include active marketing of Council property leases and sales, review of Council lease terms and conditions, determination of tenancy mixes and the provision of general expert real estate advice as required.

and shall be lodged to the Tender Box located within Council's Administration building at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, by contacting Council's Procurement Specialist on 9777 7535 with one (1) hour notice of arrival so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 19 November 2025.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
