OOSGG 2025 Heritage Requirements

Consultancy services for OOSGG Heritage Requirements consistent with the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and Regulations.

The OOSGG is seeking to have the following 4 deliverable achieved as part of the contact:

• 2 x compliant HMP updated ( 1 x Admiralty House and 1 x Government House), inclusive of landscape requirements, consistent with the EPBC Act and Regulations,
• A 1 x heritage values identification and assessment process for Admiralty House for incorporation in the compliant HMP for that property,
• The creation of 1 x compliant Heritage Register consistent with EPBC Act Regulation 10.03G(2) inclusive of current and new values with associated draft report for the Minister.

The supplier must demonstrate prior relevant experience delivering compliant and endorsed Heritage Management Plans, Heritage Registers and Heritage Values assessment and identification as per the Environment Projection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 at properties like Admiralty House and Government House,

The supplier must provide a sample table of contents (or equivalent) for a similar and compliant HMP, heritage register and heritage values assessment and identification.
