Tender Description
Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council is seeking Tenders for the provision of legal services for a period of three years, with an additional two-year option at Council’s discretion, depending on Council’s operational requirements at the time.
The legal requirements of Council cover a range of categories for which professional, accurate and timely services are required. The categories are:
1) Local Government Act 1993 and related legislation
2) Planning and Development
3) Property and Conveyancing
4) Industrial and Employment Relations
5) General Advice
