Tender Description
The Treatment Intervention Court (TIC) invites submissions from suitably qualified Service Providers for the delivery of group-based therapeutic programs targeting individuals with a demonstrated nexus between offending behaviour and substance use disorder.
The programs must be designed to:
• Address substance dependence and criminogenic thinking patterns.
• Challenge antisocial thoughts and beliefs.
• Reduce the risk of reoffending.
• Improve psychosocial functioning and overall health outcomes.
Service Providers are encouraged to propose innovative, strength and evidence-based program delivery models that demonstrate measurable outcomes and enhance program effectiveness.
