Resurface Basketball Courts - Floreat Park PS

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the upgrade and resurfacing of the basketball courts.  

Please refer to consultant pack. Resurfacing of 2500m2 pavement area including hard courts. Optional scope includes acrylic surface and subsequent drainage works. Drainage documentation will be supplied as an addendum during the open tender period. Client has requested a December/January delivery, however if works can start sooner staging may be required to accommodate student traffic. 

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Floreat Park Primary School, Floreat on 11 Nov, 2025 2:00 PM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Floreat Park Primary School.
