Perth Zoo Building and Infrastructure Condition Audit

Perth Zoo is a vital public institution located in South Perth, encompassing a wide range of buildings, infrastructure, animal habitats, and landscaped areas. To support strategic asset management, capital planning, operational safety, and environmental compliance, a comprehensive condition audit of all built assets and infrastructure is required.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 20 Labouchere Road, South Perth on 12 Nov, 2025 1:00 PM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Time: 13:00 AWST
• Location: Perth Zoo: Meet at Perth Zoo Reception, 20 Labouchere Road, South Perth WA 6151.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
