Tender for Licence to Occupy

Tender is sought for a Licence to Occupy the below land for a term of 5 years. Tender is for pastoral or arable/grazing activities of the said land. The keeping of pigs is prohibited. The block is dry land and you will need to supply your own water and trough/s (if applicable).

The successful tenderer is responsible for outgoings including the payment of rates on the land.

The land is approximately 2.3856 hectares and situated at Weedons Road, Springston. The legal description of this land is PT RES 215 BLK VIII LEESTON SD.
