Service Hire Panel

Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking to establish a Service Hire Panel of suitably qualified and capable suppliers to facilitate TSCs streamlined access to various Services, if/when ordered. Appointed Service suppliers will engage in a standing offer deed with TSC for potential future Work Orders to provide Services under a Panel Deed, including for Wet Hire and Dry Hire of Civil Construction Plant, Testing and Verification Services, Surveying Services, Personnel Hire, Traffic Management Services and/or other Services.

The request for tender is for a standing offer Schedule of Rates tender, with future adjustments to the Schedule of Rates in accordance with the Deed for an initial period of three years with two optional one year extensions.

All Tenders must be submitted electronically through the etender portal.

Tenterfield Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Tenterfield Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or alternatively submitted tenders (such as via email) will not be accepted.
