Ground Lease – Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility Horse Stable 12

Port Augusta City Council are inviting members of the community to submit an application to be considered for a ground lease for Stable no. 12 within the Port Augusta Horse Stable Facility on Prosser Street.

The current tenant has surrendered their lease of Stable no. 12 to the Port Augusta City Council. Council intends to sell the infrastructure on the facility to the new tenant, which consists of the following:

• 1 large shed
• 2 small sheds

An opportunity to inspect the facility will be provided on site at 10:30am on Thursday 6 November 2025 at Stable no. 12, 2-24 Prosser Street, Port Augusta. Registrations for the inspection are required by 5pm on Wednesday 5 November 2025 to stables@portaugusta.sa.gov.au

Please note: Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee use of the facility.
