Invitation to Tender | 9 Burroway Road, Wentworth Point

Landcom, on behalf of Transport for NSW, is inviting responses to acquire a 19,870*sqm mixed-use site located at 9 Burroway Road, Wentworth Point.

Forming part of our transformation of the northern end of the Wentworth Point peninsula, future residents will have easy access to vibrant parkland, the Parramatta River, schools, community facilities, shops and public transport.

A concept State Significant Development Application for the mixed-use site has been approved by the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for a total gross floor area of approximately 42,800**sqm across the site, supporting retail uses and an indicative yield of 412 residential dwellings, including 15% of the total floor space as affordable rental housing.
